Further information
You will see the trasformation of the meat starting looking at the raw legs covered with salt, then to the resting rooms, pre-ageing rooms and last the impressive cellars downstairs. In the time of the visit you will see one or two steps max. On the weekends you won't see any live step, but you will have anyway a ride through the different moments anyway.
